Mann Island
Demolition of the former Road Range car showroom began in May 2007 to make way for two massive new developments on the world famous Liverpool waterfront. The Mann Island Apartments are designed to complement the Museum of Liverpool. The buildings will include 376 apartments with underground car parking, 114,000 square foot of office space and 76,000 square foot of leisure and retail on the ground and first floors.
