MUSEUM OF LIVERPOOL
Mann Island
Another view of the site of the new four storey Museum of Liverpool, which will celebrate the social history of the city. Construction began on 30th April 2007. Costing £68m, it is expected to attract 750,000 visitors a year. Much of the public space on the Pier Head, including the Riverside Walk, are currently closed off while construction work continues.
